Authors: Hippalgaonkar, A.; Gadge, S. J.
Abstract: number crunch that is data management. It goes like the destiny is going to be based on the big data
management. In today’s scenario, Challenges faced are capturing, storage, analysis, search, sharing,
transfer, visualization, querying, updating, privacy, meeting the need for speed, data quality,
understanding data& many more to go. The analysis techniques used also matters a lot. In 2001, Bank
of America solved the problems with managing the data across the enterprise. Through a single
enterprise data model & standards, the bank could achieve the consistent, timely, & accurate data it
was lacking across its franchisee. Data extracted from the data warehouse are analyzed by data mining
software to discover the hidden patterns based on which decisions were made easy. Our desk research
work is concentrating on the importance of number crunch or data management in this competitive
Corporate World. Companies have to create an edge to stay in the market. Not only the survival is
vital but having potential customers base is also utmost important. As it is seen Reliance Jio is
creating a customer base leaving the competitors such as Airtel and other telecommunication service
companies work hard for the survival. Motto of this desk research work is to analyze the importance
of data management in various sector but the focus is on academics.

Abstract: Although abrasive water jet machining has proved its capabilities for cutting marble material in a most economic
and environment friendly manner, is facing serious issues related to dimensional inaccuracy and striation
marks. This has put limit on its applications. Also, due to complex nature of abrasive water jet machining
process, it is very difficult to control all three quality factors i.e. kerf taper, kerf width, striation marks simultaneously
to achieve desired quality. This work therefore deals with multi-objective optimization considering
three objectives as: minimization of kerf width, minimization of kerf taper, and maximization of depth of striation
free surface in abrasive water jet machining process. The response surface modeling is used to establish
the relation between various input parameters such as stand of distance, traverse speed, water pressure, and
abrasive flow rate, with objectives mentioned above. Application of well-known meta-heuristics named artificial
bee colony algorithm is extended to multi-objective optimization with posteriori approach by incorporating
the concept of non-dominated sorting. Set of Pareto optimal solutions obtained by this proposed approach
provides a ready reference for selecting most appropriate parameter setting on the machine with respect to
objectives considered in this work.

Authors: Sahir, Prachi Subhash
Abstract: Nowadays Customer relationship management is very important for doing the any type of business. CRM is a term that refers to practices, strategies and technologies that companies use to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle, with the goal of improving business relationships with customers. Therefore, enterprises have spent enormous efforts on professionalizing their customer relationship management. Complaint management holds a key position in CRM, since it helps restoring customer satisfaction and repurchases intentions. A complaint is dissatisfaction makes in relation. The aim is a relationship of trust between the seller and customer that leads to loyal behavior and to commitment in the sense of an inner bond and it is based on positive experience. The objective of the complaints management system is to make complaints easier to coordinate, monitor, track and resolve, and to provide company with an effective tool to identify and target problem areas, monitor complaints handling performance and make business improvements. It is implemented using ASP.Net, a well-established method for business process reengineering (BPR). Complaints management software is used to record resolve and respond to customer complaints, requests as well as facilitate

Authors: Bhalerao, Anuradha B.
Abstract: Three-dimensional (3D) polypyrrole (Ppy) electrodes are directly grown on Ni foam using a solution-based cost effective chemical method and an in situ controlled precipitation route for supercapacitor application. The Ppy electrodes are characterized for their structural and morphological studies using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy. The XRD study revealed that Ppy electrodes are amorphous. SEM shows the formation of tiny spherical grains spread over the entire electrode surface. The FT-IR study confirms the formation of Ppy film on the electrode surface. The supercapacitive performance of the Ppy electrode using the cyclic voltammetry technique in a 3M KOH electrolyte shows a maximum specific capacitance of 931 F/g at a scan rate of 5 mV/s. Performance analysis of the supercapacitive electrode carried out using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). A distorted semicircle in the high frequency region of EIS shows reduction in charge-transfer resistance.
