Authors: Thombare, M. M.; Morade, S. S.
Abstract: - Computer numerical control (CNC) is a method for automating control of machine tools through the use of software
embedded in a microcomputer or processor attached to the tool. It is commonly used in manufacturing for machining metal and
plastic parts. Previously CNC machine is attached with computer and all the commands are given using computer. Now a days DSP
processor is used in modern CNC systems having USB and SD card slots through which we can program CNC machine. The problem
with the existing computer based system is it needs to connect to the CNC system as communication take place through the RS232
protocol. The use of RS232 is very inefficient and time consuming than the latest CNC systems due to its slow speed. Replacement of
RS232 by USB or SD card communication has increased the speed from 115.2 Kbps to 12 Mbps. In this study DSP processor by Texas
Instruments TMS320F2837xd is used which is dual core processor with features of flash programming. This study focuses on
understanding and analysing file conversion program to optimize the feed rates and reducing overall machining time of CNC
machine. The input to the file conversion program is tool path file generated from CAM software and output is the file with suitable
feed rates and other parameters required by CNC machine.

Authors: Dhikale, D. D.; Morade, S. S.
Abstract: - The main objective of this paper is to implement SD
card based file handling system for CNC machine.CNC machine
uses numerical data to control a machine. The system uses
dual core DSP processor with c28xx core. Implementation of
file system for CNC machine reduces the file processing and
tool processing time to a great extent. The dual core DSP
processor is interface with the SD card for large storage of
data in CNC machine. The TMS320F2837xD control card has
SD card slot so file system can be designed for CNC system. The
algorithm for file handling for CNC machine is implemented
using Texas instrument Code Composer Studio IDE
environment. The another important task of this experiment is
to convert the .CNC file into the machine acceptable format for
the tool processing and file processing in the CNC machine.

Authors: Jadhav, S. R.; Bhabad, S. S.
Abstract: — These days we have increased the percentage of
heart diseases including increased risk of heart failures. Our
system uses sensors that allows to detect heart rate of patient
using heartbeat sensor even if the person is at home. The sensor
is then interfaced with our selected microcontroller that
checking time to time heart rate readings and transmitting them
over internet. The user can set the heart beat limits high and
low. After sensing these limits, system will monitoring and if the
patients heart beat is goes above the limit, system will send the
alert message to the controller which then transmit this data
over internet. System always monitors for high as well as low
blood pressure. Therefore one who monitor heart rate as well as
get an alert message of heart attack to the patients directly from
all around the world.

Authors: .Jadhao, Ms. A.G; .P.Ugale, Prof. Dr. S
Abstract: For identification of objects and humans, recently we
are using a small wireless device which named as RFID.
Acceptance of this system is growing day by day in previous few
decades and growing with new protocols. It has reduced cost of
production and this is the reason that RFID technology and
devices are used in the huge mob. As security is the main issue of
the communication while doing data transmission in RFID
devices. Though RFID is complete wireless network system,
security of data is more important. There are many
authentication protocols are used for data security from tag to
reader communication. Here we have done study of various
authentication protocols and what is the requirement of it. Few
protocols are providing forward security, performance but
lagging in privacy purpose likewise other protocols are doing the
same.
