The success of any industrydepends on quality of their product .During actual manufacturing of any product different operations are carried out by operators .The whole production depends on operator mentality and its interest in work which ultimately causes silly mistake or errors by operator. Rejection of manufactured product cannot be ignored now a days in manufacturing industry due to worldwide competition. To avoid mistake in assembly line, pokayoka mechanism plays an important role in manufacturing industry.In this project pokayoka mechanism is applied to find missing part in product. A raspberry pi model is used as controller . It is a single board computer which follows the pokayoka algorithm written in python.</description>

Abstract: The mobile operated vehicle is a concept where a human being can control a vehicle by an android app by remote or wireless operation, without physically being seated inside it. The project comprises of a vehicle powered by a battery and a controller which has a Bluetooth connectivity. The system consists of a controller equipped by Bluetooth communication IC, it will be connected to the motors and other parts of vehicle. When an android app which will be connected to this system by Bluetooth is switched on one can operate the vehicle by wireless commands given from app. The operation range of Bluetooth is around 10 meters or 33 feet approximately</description>

Abstract: Bruising is defined as damage of fruit tissue as a result of external forces which cause physical changes of texture or chemical changes of color, smell and taste. With the development in imaging technology, on-line detection of bruises on fruits &amp; vegetables is feasible. Proposed system is developed for finding surface and subsurface defects along with their sizes in percentages with respect to original apple size using thermal image and regular digital image. To achieve this objective the software designing is divided into two parts, bruise detection and apple boundary extraction. For bruise detection, after some pre-processing like contrast stretching, histogram equalization the bruise is detected using Otsu thresholding. To find the area of bruised part the size of biggest connected component is calculated. For apple boundary extraction median filtering is used in initial pre-processing and the canny edge detection along with dilation and hole filling operations are employed. For capturing thermal images FLIR-C2 thermal camera is used. The overall result of thermal bruise detection is 94% and that of for regular image processing is 63.33%. The hypothesis has confirmed that defects leads to changes in thermal properties of fruits thus which enables to differentiate between sound and bruised fruit by using passive thermography method</description>

Abstract: Precisely programmed commands encoded on a storage medium are used for automation of machine tools in the Computer Numeric Control (CNC) machines. End to end component design is highly automated using DSP processor in the modern CNC systems. The use of RS232 for serial communication became inefficient now a days where fast processing is required. RS232 communication is slower in terms of speed compared to USB communication so it is efficient to use USB communication for CNC to continuously work with the system. In USB communication number of devices can be connected by using USB hub but using RS232 only one device can be connected at a time. In this experiment the dual-core DSP microprocessor TMS320F28377D is used for fast and precise operation. The processor has USB 2.0 slot so it becomes easy to develop a FAT32 file management system for CNC machine using USB 2.0 flash drive.</description>
