Title: SD Card Based File System for CNC Machine using TMS320F2837xD Processor
Authors: Dhikale, D. D.; Morade, S. S.
Abstract: The main objective of this paper is to implement SD
card based file handling system for CNC machine.CNC machine
uses numerical data to control a machine. The system uses
dual core DSP processor with c28xx core. Implementation of
file system for CNC machine reduces the file processing and
tool processing time to a great extent. The dual core DSP
processor is interface with the SD card for large storage of
data in CNC machine. The TMS320F2837xD control card has
SD card slot so file system can be designed for CNC system. The
algorithm for file handling for CNC machine is implemented
using Texas instrument Code Composer Studio IDE
environment. The another important task of this experiment is
to convert the .CNC file into the machine acceptable format for
the tool processing and file processing in the CNC machine.

Industrial Parameters Monitoring System based on Embedded Web Server

Title: Industrial Parameters Monitoring System based on Embedded Web Server
Authors: Chandwadkar, D. M.; Chavan, S. K.; Ugale, S. P.
Abstract: The main aim of this paper is to deal with remote
monitoring of various physical parameters of an electrical device
via web-based application. This system facilitate user to monitor
the real-time data from across the globe as the whole data is made
available through pre-designed website. Real-time monitoring of
electrical parameters is needed beside the high performance and
precision of measurements with the development of modern
industry towards networking. The main objectives of paper are to
access the real-time data on global scale, to reduce the cost of visit
& maintenance and finally to improve quality as well as
throughput of production. All the physical parameters of an
electronic device such as temperature, current, gas flow, viscosity
etc. will be monitor independently. Microcontroller is used for the
interconnection of all sensors and all collected information will be
send to the web page using GSM facility. This real-time
monitoring system definitely offers user for hassle free data
accession. For high precision, repeatability of real-time data
monitoring system has been done. This concept is helpful in
industrial sectors for real time monitoring

Heart Rate Monitor using IOT

Title: Heart Rate Monitor using IOT
Authors: Jadhav, S. R.; Bhabad, S. S.
Abstract: — These days we have increased the percentage of
heart diseases including increased risk of heart failures. Our
system uses sensors that allows to detect heart rate of patient
using heartbeat sensor even if the person is at home. The sensor
is then interfaced with our selected microcontroller that
checking time to time heart rate readings and transmitting them
over internet. The user can set the heart beat limits high and
low. After sensing these limits, system will monitoring and if the
patients heart beat is goes above the limit, system will send the
alert message to the controller which then transmit this data
over internet. System always monitors for high as well as low
blood pressure. Therefore one who monitor heart rate as well as
get an alert message of heart attack to the patients directly from
all around the world.

Graphical User Interface for Electric Vehicle Charging Station

Title: Graphical User Interface for Electric Vehicle Charging Station
Authors: Ugale, S. P.; Mandlik, M. T.; Chandwadkar, D. M.
Abstract: Electric vehicles are increasing day by day because of
its low battery cost and good battery capacity compared to other
technology. Increasing automotive growth in electric vehicles also
increases the automation to use it.Graphical User Interface for
electric vehicles with a full-blown touch screen will become more
easy to use with the introduction of fast charging stations. The
approach shown to build HMI use Texas Instruments kit and CCS
software. The TM4C123GH6PM processors provide scalability it
also provides different processing speeds along with the software
which is compatible with hardware to build low and high end
applications, and provides connectivity with various peripherals
required for Electric Vehicle System Equipment HMI e.g. UART
and CAN. Along with this processor touch screen display
K350QVGA (Texas Instruments) is used to test the output screen
